Il est imp\u00e9ratif de renforcer les capacit\u00e9s des chefs d\u2019arrondissement (CA) pour les amener \u00e0 jouer plus efficacement les fonctions et r\u00f4les qui leur incombent, dans le but de mieux contribuer au d\u00e9veloppement socio-\u00e9conomique et culturel de leurs communaut\u00e9s.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d378142 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d378142\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Le PRCCA a deux objectifs principaux :<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-51504e7 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"51504e7\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-f633a30\" data-id=\"f633a30\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-34934e1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"34934e1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"color: #000; font-size: 14px;\">1. sensibiliser et former les CA par rapport \u00e0 :<\/p>\n<ul>\n \t<li> leurs fonctions conform\u00e9ment aux textes de la Loi n\u00b0 2013-05 portant cr\u00e9ation, organisation attribution et fonctionnement des unit\u00e9s administratives locales en R\u00e9publique du B\u00e9nin ;<\/li>\n \t<li>la gestion administrative et aux notions de prise d\u2019initiatives, de management et de leadership pour une bonne gouvernance ; et<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"color: #000; font-size: 14px;\">2.\tassurer la formation des CA et renforcer leurs capacit\u00e9s de r\u00e9alisation et de gestion des projets de d\u00e9veloppement communautaire.<\/p>\n<p>Le d\u00e9veloppement socio-\u00e9conomique et culturel en milieu rural ne peut se r\u00e9aliser qu\u2019avec avec la participation effective et active des communaut\u00e9s concern\u00e9es. Ces communaut\u00e9s, pour travailler efficacement et de fa\u00e7on efficiente, ont besoin de leaders et de managers comp\u00e9tents et outill\u00e9s. La r\u00e9alit\u00e9 est cependant que la plupart des Chefs d\u2019arrondissement, sup\u00e9rieurs hi\u00e9rarchiques politiques des Chefs de village ne peuvent souvent pas remplir pleinement leurs fonctions, de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 assurer un d\u00e9veloppement durable.
