Our Giving Hand Project (GHP) is a component of the People in Need Program (PNP) the aim of which is to relieve the suffering of and vulnerable people.
The main objective of the GHP is to temporarily provide for the basic needs of a human being. We provide help to orphaned or abandoned children, unassisted patients, people in need of moral support, out-of-school children, etc.
It is carried out either unilaterally or in collaboration with physical or moral partners.
Financial assistance
The financial assistance offered by SODEV International through the GHP generally covers tuition fees, medical consultation fees, the purchase of medicines and other appropriate expenses.
Material assistance
The material assistance that we provide through the GHP covers school supplies for schoolchildren or pupils; food products; clothing; medicines; and any other appropriate needs.
Donations are distributed directly to physical beneficiaries or through NGOs.
Moral assistance
Moral assistance or psychological assistance is essentially based on listening and helps to reassure the person concerned in order to free him or her from anxiety.
Moral assistance is either individual or collective. Collective assistance often takes place during specific activities and projects, in some cases in partnership with stakeholders from other organizations.
