Message from the founder
The main reason for creating SODEV International was that I wanted to contribute to the fight against the multidimensional poverty that continues to claim victims despite the various developments that humanity is experiencing. In West Africa for example, most people suffer from various forms of this scourge. It is a situation that calls out to us and causes reactions and actions for the well-being of the communities. One of these actions is the creation of our organization.

Our story
SODEV International was founded in June 2000 in Washington, DC in the United States of America by Ms. Félicité Ahoéfa Adjahouinou, a Beninese woman, who was aware of the poor living conditions of marginalized communities in her native country and in West Africa in general, and who committed herself to contributing to their improvement.......
Our donors
SODEV International cannot accomplish its mission without the support of its donors. For several years, we have received a lot from the International Monetary Fund and its staff through the IMF Giving Together campaign. For this, I would like to express on behalf of the beneficiary communities, our organisation and myself, our sincere thanks for the donations received.
